Regulations on using of portal helpdeskpm.eu

§ 1

General provisions

 

1.1 This document, hereinafter reffered to as „the Regulations”, sets the conditions for using the resources of the portal helpdeskpm.eu

1.2 The terms used in the Regulations should be understood as follows:

 

- the Company - Jones Lang LaSalle sp. z o.o., a Polish limited liability company with its seat at ul. Królewska 16, 00-060 Warszawa, being the owner of the portalhelpdeskpm.eu

- the Portal – a website located at helpdeskpm.eu

- the User – an entity using the resources of the Portal.

 

1.3. Each User who decides to use the resources of the Portal, declares that he/she is familiar with the Regulations and that he/she accepts its wording.

§2

Rules of using the resources of the Portal

2.1. Using the resources of the Portal is free of charge. However using the part of the resources of the Portal requires previous registration of the User.

2.2. The registration can be made only by business users. The other users may register upon obtaining a permission of the Portal’s administrator. There is no possibility of opening of an account by the User who uses the e-mail address registered on a free Internet domain.

Emploees and partners of Jones land LaSalle's competitors, especially those working in real-estate industry (brokarage, advisory, consulting, property managment etc) should obtain written approval of the Adminstrator, prior to registration. Administrator is entitled to suspend any account, while reasonably suspecting that user may be using the information available on the portal for competitive activity, without prior written approval.

2.3. Registration is free of charge and involves filling and sending a form. The following data should be entered into the form: name, surname, name of a company, business e-mail address, business phone number and position.

2.4. Using the resources of the Portal shall not be construed as acquisition by the User of any rights to materials included in it. The User may use these materials only in the scope allowed by the provisions of the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights.

2.5. The Company verifies all the data presented in the Portal with the proper diligence, however the data provided in the Portal may not be correct or may differ in certain aspects. The Company under any conditions shall not be liable for the data presented in the Portal. The User shall be obliged to verify the data from the Portal before making any business decisions.

2.6. The Company shall not be liable for any disruptions in the access to the Portal. The Company shall be authorize to suspend the activity of the Portal as well as cease this activity without the necessity to inform the Users about the causes of such decision.

 

§3

The User’s rights and obligations

3.1. The User who made the registration thereby agrees for processing of personal data given, in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on Personal Data Protection. Personal data of the Users will not be disclosed to third parties.

3.2. The User has a right to access to his/her data and their correction as well as liquidation of his/her account opened at the Portal. Personal data of the de-registered User shall be erased and they shall not be used anymore in any way.

3.3. In case of any damage caused to a third person by the breach of the Regulations by the User, the User will be obliged to its redressing.

3.4. The User shall be authorized to delete his/hers account from the Portal at any time by oneself and demand the deletion of his/hers data form the resources of the Portal.

§4

The Company’s rights and obligations

4.1. The Company is obliged to protection of personal data of the Users. The data will be processed for the Company’s purposes only and will not be disclosed to third parties.

4.2. The Company reserves the right to suspens or liquidate of the account of the User without specifying the reason.

4.3. The Company reserves the right to grant to selected Users (VIP clients) special rights concerning the level of access to the resources of the Portal. The Company reserves also the right to deprive the User of the granted right without specifying the reason.

4.4. The Company is not liable for any actions or decisions made by the User in connection with using the Portal as well as for any results of using information obtained by the User via the Portal.

4.5. The Company is not liable for any technical limitations or disruptions of any other kind which occurred independently of the Company, which may disable or make difficult to use the Portal.

§5

Final provisions

5.1. The Company reserves the right to change the Regulations at any time through publication of the changes on this website. Any changes to the Regulations are effective from the date of publication.

5.2. The User shall be obliged to accept the new changed provisions of this Regulations before starting to use the resources of the Portal, in case the User refuses such acceptance his/hers account shall be automatically blocked and finally deleted from the Portal.

5.2. To all matters not settled herein appropriate provisions of the Polish law shall apply.
